What Can We Tell
You About Us
How we can enrol a course?
Our all courses are classroom based, so once you complete your purchase from our course page, please wait till we send you a confirmation mail within 24 hours with your student ID and welcome letter explaining your batch, class starting date and venue of the class.
Where are the classes organised?
As of now, we have two venues for our classrooms: both are situated in Kolkata only. One is near Jadavpur Bus Stand, another one is near Hazra. Final venue depends on number of students and availability of classroom facility.
How outdoor classes will be organised?
Outdoor classes will be organised as soon as theory classes are over. A few practical classes are taken inside the classroom only but they are not the part of outdoor classes. Outdoor classes are entirely different and venue will be selected after giving a number of choices to the student and final venue will be selected after voting.
What is refund policy?
- 30 Days or more for the classes to start – 95% refund
- 15 days before the classes start- 60% refund
- 10 days before the classes start – 30% refund
- Less than 10 days – No refund, however under special circumstances, the student might be placed in upcoming batches.
